Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis flower, edibles, or concentrates once the package has been opened or if you simply change your mind.
If you receive a defective product (e.g., a vape cartridge that does not work or moldy product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photos or the return of the original packaging for verification.
If we made a mistake and delivered the wrong item, please do not open the package. Contact us immediately at support@abrahamscannabis.ca and we will arrange for a correct exchange free of charge.
